Folly Island Realty is one of several beach house rental agencies in Charleston. The company specializes in the Folly Beach area. Like it's competitor companies, Folly Island handles year round rentals and beach home sales in addition to summer vacation rentals. Folly Island Realty has focused on a small number of upscale homes and a large number of condominium sites. In addition, the agency charters a boat, the Captain Avinger.
Most home rentals are by the week during the summer, or daily with a 3-day minimum during the rest of the year. Checkin/Checkout ("turn") dates are either Saturday or Monday during the summer.
