Fred Holland Realty is one of several beach home rental agencies in Charleston. Fred Holland specializes in the Folly Beach area. In addition to summer rentals, Fred Holland handles winter and year round rentals and beach home sales. Most rentals are by the week during the summer, or daily with a 3-day minimum during the rest of the year. Checkin/Checkout ("turn") dates are either Saturday or Monday during the summer.
