The Greek Festival, also sometimes called GreekFest, is an annual cultural celebration sponsored by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.

The Greek Festival usually comes in the mid-to-late spring. It has, at times, been aligned with Spoleto. At one time, the Greek Festival was a one-day event held at Middleton Place. Today, the Festival stretches over a three-day weekend, and is held at the Church on Race Street.

Major attractions include; church tours, live folk music, dancing, a taverna serving ethnic foods, Greek wine tastings, and dozens of vendors selling wares of a mostly Hellenic or Orthodox variety.
