Wiki? What?
This is a Wiki. It's basically a giant, limitless blackboard that anyone can write on. The idea is that if there's enough room, people will keep adding information. For a full description of a wiki, see Wikipedia's description. This wiki exists to store the collective knowledge of Charlestonians about the people and places around them.
What information is important?
If you are looking for types of information that either exists here or should exist here, see Possible Topics. More general examples are on about page. Also take a look at the wanted pages / wanted categories for specific needs. These are by no means exhaustive lists.
What can I do?
If you can't find information on a local topic, person, or place that's important to you, or if you have some special local knowledge, go ahead and create an account on the login page. Then start adding some pages! You can find instructions for adding pages on the page creation help page.
