Island Realty is one of several beach home rental agencies in Charleston, specializing in the "northern" beach areas of Isle of Palms (including the Wild Dunes Resort), Sullivan's Island and Dewees Island. In addition to summer rentals, Island Realty handles winter and year round rentals and home sales. Most rentals are by the week during the summer or daily with a 3-day minimum during the rest of the year. Checkin/Checkout ("turn") dates are either Saturday or Sunday during the summer depending on the house.
Location
Island Realty's office is on the Isle of Palms. It is located on the right just after passing over Palm Boulevard (Highway 703) after getting off the Isle of Palms Connector (Highway 517).
