Islands West Real Estate and Auction Company specializes in renting beach houses on Folly Beach in Charleston, SC. While the primary business is summer rentals, Islands West also handles year-round rentals and beach home sales. Most rentals are by the week during the summer, or daily with a 2-night minimum during the rest of the year. Checkin/Checkout ("turn") for the majority of Islands West houses is Saturday.
