John Gambrell

John Gambrell (a.k.a. "Johnny Pockets") was the Creative Director for Graffiti Magazine in Charleston from July 2005 until August 2007. He was also the chief graphic designer for Apex Broadcasting (96 Wave, B92, Star 99.7, Heaven 1390 AM). Gambrell was also known for being one of "The Gurus" in the popular advice column called Ask the Gurus.

Gambrell graduated from The Citadel in 2005, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

As for his interest in music, Gambrell has plans to start playing full time within the next few years. John's music is largely driven by passion coupled with his ability to connect to the listener.
